Terms and Conditions
- Pick-up and Drop Facility is provided free of cost.
- GST will be charged extra at 18%
- Please check for any personal belongings before handing over the garment, Rapidwash is not responsible for any losses thereafter, and no claims will be entertained.
- Order cancellation can only be done before pickup without any cost.
- Delivery TAT is 2 days however Rapidwash provides Express service at an additional cost
- Delivery will be attempted as per schedule. In case of any unforeseen condition(s)/delays customers will receive notification from the company.
- Company will not be responsible for Non-collection of garments by customer after 15 days from the date of committed delivery.
- Please check your articles at the time of delivery, Company will not be responsible for any damages that are found after delivery of articles.
- Rapidwash will be putting its best efforts to remove any stains or unwanted marks on the clothes, however company cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains or marks. Customers will have no claim whatsoever or no rights to ask for deduction in processing charges on account of this.
- In case of any damage to the garment by the negligence of the company or its staff, the company will reimburse 5 times the cleaning charges of the garment
- Rapidwash reserves the right to refuse services to any customer without assigning any reason.
- Company is not responsible for loss or damage to customer’s clothing in case of fire, theft, accidents or other causes beyond our control.
- All disputes are subject to Gurgaon jurisdiction only.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thanks for availing Rapidwash Services. If you are not satisfied with our services, we are just a call away. In case of any Garment gets damaged or is lost during the processing, we will give 5X the processing price of the garment.
